How we do it

We help you identify those areas where you want to see more creativity and innovation. We will also ensure that everyone understands those areas where you want to see no experimentation or innovation at all.

We profile an appropriately large and representative sample of your people on the Dolphin Index and feedback the resulting scores and recommendations concerning those scores.

We can then work with your people (or train your own internal facilitators/coaches, or both) so they know how to systematically and creatively tackle:

  1. The topics around which you want to see increased creativity
  2. Ways to improve the climate for creativity short and longer term.

Subsequently we monitor success by profiling your people a second time on the Dolphin Index.
