Dolphin Index Report

The Dolphin Index Questionnaire takes a point-in-time pulse of your organization's innovation climate, helping you get a feel for how your people perceive the workplace. During the study period, each survey participant receives personal feedback showing them their characteristics against 13 dimensions, allowing them to recognise the dynamic of where their working tendencies lie.
